In order to further enhance communication between parents and teachers and, as one part of this year’s reporting procedures, staff at Ecole Westridge School would like to undertake what are often referred to as Parents as Partner Conferences for Grades 1-7 Students. These will be held Wednesday, September 18th and Thursday, September 19th.
As we did last year, we will be booking the Parents as Partners Conferences time slots online. We have sent home a notice in this regard. There is very important information on this notice and instructions on how to register to book your appointments. Please make sure you read this notice in full. ONLINE APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT BE OPEN UNTIL WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH AT 3:00 PM. Please click on the link above to book your appointment as time slots are limited. |
| 3. | Student Information Conference date:
Wednesday, September 18th and Thursday, September 19th Students will be dismissed at 1:50pm on both dates to accommodate conference times for all parents. ALL students MUST BE PICKED UP at 1:50pm, as there is no supervision past 1:50pm. |
